Highlights for July 10-12: This weekend is full of events that the whole family can enjoy! The beloved Trucks! Trucks! Trucks! Fundraiser for Pathways at CCC, Bike Night at The Glen, The Elmira Street Painting Festival, Train Day at Eldridge Park, and Family Day in Horseheads complete with a fireworks finale!

 | 19th Annual Elmira Street Painting Festival Watch talented artists from across the region transform the streets into stunning chalk masterpieces right before your eyes. Plus live music, food trucks, craft vendors, and a whole lot of community spirit. For 19 years, this festival has been one of the Southern Tier's most beloved summer traditions, and this year promises to be the best one yet. Free to attend! |
SATURDAY
 | Trucks! Trucks! Trucks! Fundraiser for Pathways Explore your favorite big vehicles! Bring your family and plan to spend the afternoon getting close enough to explore and experience many different vehicles such as big construction trucks, fire trucks, police cars, and more. Goody bags for the first 100 kiddos! All proceeds benefit the Kids' Adventure Club, a program by Pathways, Inc. Funds raised will be used for purchasing tools and equipment to further support, music enrichment and entertainment, in addition to offsetting costs for field trips into the community during summer programming.  | Train Day at Eldridge Park The Erie Railroad Boxcar Exhibit will show the historic Erie Railroad boxcar that is reportedly only occasionally open to the public during special events such as ‘Train Day’. The Erie Railroad boxcar was built in 1928 and reportedly served in general freight service for many years before being repurposed. The car was moved to Eldridge Park in Elmira in 2007 and has been slowly restored by members of the society. It is now being used as the centerpiece of the exhibit that will be on display. |
 | Family Day Celebration in Horseheads Come out Saturday, July 11th for our Annual Family Day Celebration! There will be music, games, food, and fireworks! Also, enjoy free swimming at the Thorne Street Pool! |
 | Bike Night at the Glen Experience Watkins Glen International like you never have before - Bike the Glen! Watkins Glen International will open the Track to fans who are interested in Biking the Track from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. All ages are welcome to participate. Advance price: $17 |
