Festival Kickoff Event
Friday, June 12, 2026 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM in Centerway Square, Corning, NY

Festival weekend begins with a Pride Flag Raising Ceremony followed by Bloom Under the Moon: Dance Party for All, an inclusive evening of celebration and community.

Painted Post Parks and Arts, in collaboration with the Village of Painted Post, is proud to welcome the return of Colonial Days, taking place June 11–13, 2026. This beloved community tradition promises three days of family-friendly entertainment, local talent, music, food, and celebration.

For more than 60 years, Colonial Days has been an important part of Painted Post’s history and community spirit. Painted Post Parks and Arts and the Village of Painted Post look forward to welcoming residents, visitors, and families for another memorable celebration.

Bad Bear takes the stage at 5PM, followed by Fright playing the Stones at 7PM. Plus, it's the Idle Boys Car Show Night, and Bobby K Entertainment will be bringing games on site so there's something for everyone!

What a better way to start off your Ithaca Pride Festival Sunday than with some live singing by some local drag artists?? Fuel up for the festival day with some delicious food (& drinks!) brought to you by the K-House café partner - Farm to Feast - while we entertain you!

We'll be right around the corner from the festival grounds, with the brunch hosted at K-House Karaoke & Arts Hub on State Street!

The show will feature 6 drag artists singing LIVE - bringing together the love of drag, the magic of live music at K-House, and delicious local food from Farm to Feast to celebrate Ithaca Pride!

Featuring: Just Alex, Propaganduhh, Just Joe, Debetă Credit, Dizzy Descretion, and Taran Alaric
