“Record Store Day implements a pledge that all participating stores must sign and abide by to participate in this day. These rules are something that we take seriously as we enjoy being a part of this special day for so many. So here are the rules:

- No Holds, No Line Budging
- One copy per title per person
- We can not hold stock for anybody

Experience the wonder of their metamorphic life cycles as we unravel the mysteries of their development from egg to adult. Gain insights into the vital role vernal pools play in supporting diverse ecosystems and the fascinating adaptations of the creatures that inhabit them.

Learn tips and techniques to find choice fungal favorites as well as ferns, flowers, and more! Attendees are invited to bring a sample or photo of a recent "foraged find" to share with the group. Free and open to the public, intended for adults (teens welcome). Registration appreciated!”

“The Ithaca Ballet, under artistic director Cindy Reid returns to the State Theatre on the evening of April 12 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday afternoon of April 13th at 3 p.m. with the full length ballet of Sleeping Beauty. This classic and much beloved ballet is based on the traditional fairy tale and features music by Peter Tchaikovsky, original choreography by Marius Petipa, and additional new choreography and staging by Cindy Reid.”
