 | Community Moving Halloween Party The Savona Community Events Committee will sponsor a moving Halloween celebration. The fun starts at the Savona Fire Hall at 1 pm with a children’s costume party featuring prizes and sweet treats. At the end of the party, around 2:00pm, there will be a costume parade to the Benedek Memorial Library. The party moves around 2:30pm to the Savona Federated Church for a Family Pizza Party and games. Join the fun with the whole family! |

So you’re probably wondering…
…how did Hall & Oates end up getting featured in the middle of Halloween event frenzy?
Well let me tell you! First of all, “Hall & Oates” and “Halloween” start with the same 4 letters. But more importantly, it’s good to support your favorite artists no matter what time of year it is. And Hall & Oates (even a tribute band version of the duo) have what it takes to perform timeless, transcendent music - whether it’s spooky season or otherwise.
Plus, why work on a newsletter featuring some of the region’s top events if I don’t get to throw in a personal preference now and then?
(I’m sure Amelia will have something to say about this when she’s back from maternity leave. But for now, you’re stuck with me!)
